Workout Log
This workout was just for fun. I went into the gym and did whatever I felt like. My only rule was to leave my legs alone, since they're still healing from F1, especially my hamstrings.
This was like the old days, when I used to go into the gym without a clue about what I was doing. Except I did alternating sets instead of straight sets. I think it was a good workout, but much easier than anything I've been doing lately!
Cardio was steady-state and very low resistance.
