Workout Log


S2 D4 - Strength II complete!

This ends New Rules of Lifting for a while. I'll switch to Jason Ferruggia's programs after a break.

I used green bands for pull-ups again. I had to use dumbbells for push-presses instead of a barbell because a clueless personal trainer was hogging the barbell without actually using it. Maybe it's time to find a better gym.

Using 50 pound dumbbells for bench press was no problem!
