Workout Log


I'm doing this workout again because I want to give my back more rest. I'll consider this to be a repeat of S2 B3.

I did chin-ups with my new Iron Woody bands. Wow! They really helped. Lat pulldowns really aren't a substitute for chin-ups.

It will be hard to record chin-ups with bands on FitLogg... I'll have to think about how to do it.

I used the blue bands for sets of 4 reps. They're resistance is 25-80 lbs. I used green to attempt 12 reps, and they're 50-120.

I tried dips with the blue band, but it gives too much assistance. It was too easy. So I might get some smaller bands.
