Great workout! I enjoyed this one better than FL1 A, although I changed two exercises. The dynamic lunges are harder than I expected.

The scale in the gym says I weight 164, and my scale says 167. So I've lost weight. I guess that's good? My pants are almost 2 inches looser! Someone else on the jp forum said that he noticed sudden weight loss during his week off. It looks like the same happened to me. I was still eating a lot, but suddenly lost fat around my waist. Why would more fat loss happen during rest periods? Let's see if the same happens after f2...
